The trust score is a 0–10 signal we calculate from each provider’s profile (from a 0–100 profile completeness score). We don’t use reviews or ratings from customers – we use the information the provider has added: business details, contact info, insurance, certificates, working hours and more. The more complete and professional the profile, the higher the score.
Labels we use: Excellent (8+), Good (6+), Fair (4+), Getting started (2+), Incomplete (below 2). Everyone can see their own score and how to improve it in their dashboard.
When you search for an installer or sweep, you see their trust score next to their listing. It’s a quick, at-a-glance way to see who has a complete profile – business name, phone, address, insurance, certificates, working hours. No guesswork; the score reflects what’s actually on the profile.
